Simplify your life.” To be honest, it’s a great service even for non-gamers. I think anyone wanting a modern IM/group/voice/video chatting service to take a look at Discord. The new video chat and screen sharing feature will make it even more desirable. Skype just doesn’t cut it anymore. Discord runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, in-browser, and on iOS and Android. It even integrates directly with some games: Lawbreakers uses it for its voice chatting back-end. Pretty neat. You can set up your own servers, create custom emotes, link your server roles to Twitch subscriptions, Patreon supporters, add in bots, and more!
